In my working environment, working attitude is very important.
No matter how capable you are, how many compliment u get, how excellent you perform.... not important!
THEY will on focus on your attitude!
How to define as GOOD attitide???
be nice? be friendly? be professional? NONONO !!!
THEY define GOOD attitude as below:
>> No objection to the seniors' comments, eventhough you think they are wrong!
>> Always greeting to the seniors, if not THEY will think that you are no manner!
>> When outstation, remember to check the group schedule to see who is in the hotel.
Why??? because you need to call them and "invite" them to dine together!
>> Introduce yourself always if you are the junior.
>> Always show your big smile to them, if not they will say you are "lan ci".
>> etc..
Hence, if one day i quit, please don't feel supprise!
